Open a support issueBefore you report a problem
- Update your browser and ThreadTuck, then reload the affected tab.
- Pause and resume ThreadTuck from its popup.
- Include the browser version, ThreadTuck version, steps to reproduce, expected result, and actual result.
Protect your privacy. Do not post private conversation text, screenshots
containing personal information, account details, passwords, or authentication tokens.
Quick fixes
Older turns are not folded
Confirm ThreadTuck is enabled, choose a visible-turn limit, and select Apply to tab.
You want every turn visible
Select Show all hidden messages. ThreadTuck changes local visibility; it does not delete messages.
Privacy summary
ThreadTuck runs locally in your browser. It does not collect or transmit conversation text and it has no analytics, advertising, or extension-operated server.
